By using MolDraw Canvas, you agree to these Terms and the related policies.
1. Service and Accounts
These Terms apply to MolDraw Canvas operated by Shimauma Works. Keep registration information accurate and manage your account securely.
2. Features and Data
The Service provides tools for creating, saving, editing, and exporting chemical structures. Rights in data saved by a user remain with the user or the rightful owner.
3. Fees and Purchases
Free and Pro features and prices are shown on the pricing page. New Pro purchases are currently a one-time payment of ¥500 including tax. Existing subscription customers remain subject to their subscription conditions. Stripe’s terms also apply.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Do not violate laws, access systems without authorization, overload or interfere with the Service, use another person’s account, share credentials, or infringe rights.
5. Suspension and Liability
The Operator may suspend the Service for maintenance, failures, security, or legal compliance. The Service is provided as-is; except for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, the Operator is not liable for resulting damages.
6. Changes and Governing Law
Changes take effect when posted on this page. These Terms are governed by Japanese law, with the court having jurisdiction over the Operator’s location as the court of first instance.
